Essential Rules and Guidelines for Your RV Stay

General Guidelines

Occupancy: Rates are based on two-person occupancy; additional guests may incur extra charges.
No Tents or Camping: Only RVs are allowed in the park.
Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times for safety.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels.
Respect Your Neighbors: Stay within your designated space. Do not enter or walk through other RV spaces— use the roads or walk around.
Smoking is not permitted in the RV park.

Parking & Vehicle Policies

Designated Parking Only: Park in your assigned space. Extra vehicles must be parked within your space or in the designated storage area (monthly charge applies).
No Blocking Roadways: Do not park in vacant RV spaces, grassy areas, or obstruct roadways.
Vehicle & RV Maintenance:

Leaking vehicles or RVs must be repaired before returning.
All sewer and water connections must be airtight and use approved RV connectors (no duct tape or temporary fixes).
Washing of vehicles or RVs is prohibited.
Generators are not allowed—please use the electricity provided.
No mechanical work on vehicles or RVs within the park.

ATVs & Side-by-Sides

ATVs cannot be driven in the park - they must be trailered in and out.
Side-by-sides may be driven on gravel roads only.
Follow quiet hours to minimize noise.

RV Space & Personal Items

No modifications or digging in your RV space. It must remain rentable when you leave.
Personal items must be removed at the end of the season, including steps, trash cans, and storage items.
Designated Spaces (11–15): Keep personal items at least 3 feet from the property line.

Flags & Dress Code

We proudly welcome U.S. flags, state flags, and military flags. Other flags require approval.
Proper attire is required—men must wear a shirt, and attire should be appropriate for a shared community setting.

Subleasing

RV spaces cannot be subleased or rented to third parties.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome, but must never be left unattended.
Leashes required at all times—pets must be contained within your space.
No tying pets to trees or fences.
Clean up after your pet immediately - waste stations are provided.
No excessive barking or disruptive noise.
Dog Park Available - pets must still be supervised, and owners must clean up after them.

Park Facilities & Waste Disposal

RV spaces cannot be subleased or rented to third parties.

Large trash cans are located at the following locations: north of the office, south of the dog park and north of the laundry.

Use trash bags (no grocery store bags).
No large objects or boxes in the dumpsters.

No campfires, fire pits, or open flames.

BBQ grills are allowed, but must not be left unattended.

Fish cleaning must be done off-site.

No fish waste in the dumpsters.
